1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the tj baji website at tj-baji.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tj baji ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any part of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

tj baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tj baji Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute, non-negotiable minimum. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity with the intent to exploit promotions, game mechanics, or system vulnerabilities for commercial gain.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of tj baji or any of its affiliated game providers.

Age Verification

tj baji employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all new accounts. Before any real-money deposit, withdrawal, or wager is permitted, you will be required to submit a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued photographic identity document confirming your date of birth. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 18 or above will be permanently suspended and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the tj baji Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, tj baji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending wagers, and retain any bonus funds obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your NID, your date of birth, your current address, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. tj baji accepts no liability for delayed payments or account actions arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tj baji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised activity by the account holder, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

tj baji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange margin is charged on any transaction.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for Standard-verified and above accounts, subject to anti-money laundering thresholds.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and reflect in your tj baji wallet in real time.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.
• tj baji does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed Standard KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad to verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours, seven days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by the compliance team.
• tj baji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

tj baji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and VIP programme benefits to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete Standard KYC verification and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the tj baji welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance may be converted to withdrawable funds. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited, after which any unclaimed bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games — including live dealer tables at specific bet sizes and certain jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet size while a wagering requirement is active is ৳2,000 per spin or hand, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• tj baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of any such modification will be notified and given a reasonable period to complete their requirements under the original terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-accounting, use of automated wagering strategies, or exploitation of mathematical loopholes, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tj baji Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action where appropriate:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, submitting forged identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of any funds. tj baji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by tj baji.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to the Platform. tj baji treats chargebacks as a breach of these Terms and will pursue recovery of any funds obtained through this method.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing language toward tj baji staff or other players via any communication channel.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected system error are not payable and will be voided.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the permanent closure of their tj baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support at tj-baji.com. Upon receiving a closure request, tj baji will process the request within one business day, return any verified withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method, and deactivate the account. Players who have voluntarily closed their account may not re-register under a new account without explicit written approval from the compliance team.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion directly from their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any wagers. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Involuntary Suspension and Closure by tj baji

tj baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• Failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. tj baji will notify the account holder by email at least 30 days before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month. The player may reactivate their account at any time before the balance reaches zero by logging in and completing a verified transaction. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tj baji, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss of any kind arising from game outcomes, system errors, or payment delays.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any content, advice, or information obtained through the Platform that you rely upon for any purpose.

Platform Availability

tj baji targets a platform uptime of 99.2% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. tj baji accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by planned or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or actions by payment service providers outside tj baji's control.

Governing Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tj baji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
